How to Get Started

Important Information

At this time, Wolfe & Cub Learning Center operates as a private pay practice. This allows us to provide individualized support, flexible programming, and small group sizes without the limitations often found in insurance-based services.

We are currently in the process of becoming credentialed with insurance providers. As we move through this process, we will share updates with families as coverage becomes available.

Why Choose Out-of-Pocket Services?

At Wolfe & Cub Learning Center, our priority is providing individualized, high-quality support based on each learner’s unique needs — not insurance limitations.

Many families choose out-of-pocket services because insurance companies often determine which services are covered and how frequently they can be provided, regardless of professional recommendations.

Out-of-pocket services may be the best option when:

  • Your insurance plan does not cover a specific diagnosis, educational service, or support area.

  • Insurance limits the number or frequency of sessions needed for meaningful progress.

  • You would like to work with a specific provider who is not in-network with your insurance plan.

  • Your copay or deductible makes private pay a more affordable and predictable option.

Choosing private pay allows for flexible scheduling, individualized programming, and services designed entirely around your child’s goals and growth.

We offer tiered service options that vary by session frequency, group size, and level of individualized support, allowing families to select the option that best fits their child’s needs and their family’s schedule. Availability is intentionally limited to ensure quality care, and groups are kept small to maintain a high level of support. A waitlist may apply as programs fill.
